We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager to oversee the smooth planning and execution of our events. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all operational aspects of our series, ensuring that each event runs efficiently and delivers an outstanding experience.
The position will suit a highly organised, proactive, diligent, IT literate and adaptable individual who is passionate about events and delivering the best results whilst demonstrating a good use of initiative. You’ll work closely with the Race Director and key teams, playing a pivotal role in our success.
We are always looking for fantastic marshals for our sporting events. Crew will receive a t-shirt, free camping, meals throughout the day and brilliant experiences. There are a number of ways to get involved:
We welcome all sports clubs to take part in our events and can offer group discounts, tailored waves for club championships, trading places scheme, as well as allocating you a place to pitch gazebos for a meeting spot in the event village.
We run a unique cross curriculum Schools Triathlon Roadshow for KS2 children to experience at Hever Castle. This includes a half-day of cultural learning and half-day of triathlon training. The 2024 event has been sponsored by health insurance provider, WPA.
We offer opportunities for companies to experience our events together – a great way to build team morale and friendly competition. This can include group booking discounts, pre- and post-race refreshment from your own hospitality marquee, your own company wave, custom kit and more.
We have an ethos of accessibility and inclusivity and want to be able to offer a race for everyone. We are proud to have hosted many inspirational paratriathletes over the years including, Paralympian Matthew Emmerson, the Band of Brothers and Band of Sisters – injured and wounded service men and women. From jumping in a lake, cycling through the woods to running around a castle, we pride ourselves on offering unforgettable, accessible races for 9–16 year olds at amazing locations in England, Ireland and France.

Cholmondeley Castle: 2024 British Mixed Team Relay Championships and the 2025 Standard Distance Duathlon World Championship Qualifier
Hever Castle: 2025 European Sprint Duathlon Qualifier
Rising stars and athletes have raced with us from the very beginning. Many of our triathlon events host qualifying and national championships races in partnership with the BTF, TI and FF Tri, and our obstacle race is now a OCR World Championship Qualifier. We have always supported elites in their racing journey, so get in touch if you’d like to race with us this season.
Over the last few years we increased our female participation to 38% by adding a greater variety of distances, female-only waves, launching our virtual series and making strategic partnerships. We’re closing the gap and if you’d like to help us please get in touch.
