TRADING PLACES
Marshal with us for a free race
We are always looking for fantastic marshals for our sporting events. Crew will receive a free night camping and a brilliant experience!
Trading Place marshals are part of the crew for the day, assisting with marshalling the course one day, then racing for free the next. The free race place is free up to the Olympic distance triathlon or 50% for the Gauntlet middle distance.
Alternatively if you’d prefer to top up your bank account, paid marshal roles are also available .
BOOKING PROTECTION
Entry fee insurance
Get peace of mind when you sign up to race with us. During the booking process you have the opportunity to select Race Fee Cover, allowing you to receive a full refund of the entry ticket purchase price (excluding any booking fees) if you are unable to attend*. Additionally, for those taking part on a bike, this cover also includes Accidental Damage.

Spread the cost of your race
Spread your race entry costs! Monthly payment plans are now available for all tickets. Simply proceed through the registration form and select ‘Enrol in payment plan’ at checkout.

CLUBS
25% discount and club event areas
We welcome all sports clubs to take part in our events and can offer group race discounts, tailored waves for club championships, trading places scheme, as well as allocating you a place to pitch gazebos for a meeting spot in the event village.
We actively encourage sports club to take advantage of this affordable racing incentive by offering 25% discount on the entry fee!
GROUP ENTRIES
Creating healthy teams
We offer opportunities for companies to experience our events together – a great way to build team morale and friendly competition. This can include group booking discounts, pre- and post-race refreshment from your own hospitality marquee, your own company wave, custom kit and more.
50% RACE CARD
18 - 25's and over 60's
Yes you read that right! We wish to make racing increasingly accessible, so we invite racers who are aged 60 years+ or are between the ages 18 and 25, to join us for a fun and affordable summer season! This 50% discount offer applies to ALL our disciplines: triathlon, duathlon, aquathlon, aquabike, run, swim and obstacle!
Simply email our team with proof of age (Passport, Driving licence) and we will send you a bespoke Race Card discount for the race/s of your choice. Easy!
Armed Forces
Race Savings
We offer discounts on our races to those who are serving or have served in the armed forces. If you are interested in racing with us, please get in contact and provide us with a valid Defence Privilege Card, MOD 90 or Official Military ID, your service number and details on the unit you are currently/were serving in. We will then be able to provide you with a unique code to receive your discount.
Juniors
The next generation
From jumping in a lake, cycling through the woods to running around a castle, we pride ourselves on offering unforgettable, accessible races for 9–16 year olds at amazing locations in England, Ireland and France.
All participants taking part in one of the junior events can bring a parent (or guardian) to the event free of charge!
All references to discounts are applicable to the full price of an entry ticket.
