This castle has been home to the Cholmondeley Family since the 12th Century. Its grounds feature Deer Park Mere which is a beautiful setting for our open-water swim races. To the south of the Castle lies Tower Hill, the highest point of the run routes, where athletes are rewarded with panoramic views of the Beeston and Peckforton Hills.
Throughout the weekend, athletes and spectators will be able to enjoy a fun-packed festival village featuring live music, shopping, food and drink, children’s entertainment, yoga and more.

This event is governed by the British Triathlon Federation.
Our Middle Distance Duathlon has been awarded qualifier status for the 2023 European Championship. Find out more here. Once registered, athletes must to register their intent to qualify via the BTF website here.
This event is part of and qualifier for the Triathlon England North West Junior Series.

Approx Timings: These are approximate timings and are only to be used as a guide. MARCH 2022
Entrants will be notified of their wave time via email approximately 2 weeks prior to the event. We advise that entrants arrive at least 1hour 15 minutes before their given start time. There’s an option to request specific waves during registration. Relays usually go off in the final wave of their distance.
**Juniors! Saturday includes draft and non draft tarmac bike courses for the 13-14years and 15-16 years as well draft for the 11-12 years, therefore road bikes required (advisory for non draft). Sunday hosts non draft only for the 11-12years and the 9-10y years on a multi terrain bike course (predominantly tarmac) however off road tyres advisory!
