24 Obstacles
Think mud runs and epic cargo climbs, tunnels and tubes, stretch manoeuvres and river crosses, slippery slopes and dramatic drops, planks and pools. This is the only event that can recreate the mud, sweat and pain of modern day Royal Marines Commando training.

48 Obstacles
One lap not enough? This course is the same as the gruelling 6K, you just choose to go round twice – double the distance, double the obstacles, double the challenge, double the bragging rights. There are other extras too, you can choose to carry kit, extra kit and take on a survival experience.

11 Obstacles
For those who still want the full Royal Marines Commando training experience, but half the distance of the 6k course! 3k recruits will make their way from the first obstacle straight to river cross, and make their way through the likes of the Frogger, the Chasm and the Sheep Dip!
