From epic venues and big personal challenges to championship qualifiers and some incredible fundraising efforts, it’s been a season full of moments worth celebrating.
Our final Castle Race Series race of the year has now wrapped at Hever Castle, but there’s still one last mission to complete before we officially call time on 2026…

The final Castle Race Series event of 2026 took place at Hever Castle on the 26/27th September, and what a finish to the season! With rolling hills, stunning scenery and our iconic open-water swim, Hever delivered its usual tough but memorable challenge. Sunday also hosted the BTF Standard Distance Aquabike World Championship Qualifier which was electric! Thank you to everyone who raced, supported and marshalled to make it one to remember.
David and Michael Williams took on the Olympic at Hever Castle, raising an incredible £2,360 for Alzheimer’s Research UK in memory of their beloved mum, Ann.
To celebrate their achievement, Bat and Ball gifted them Shokz OpenRun headphones, while truefuels gifted them merchandise. A huge congratulations to both brothers, and thank you for supporting such an important cause.
