The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth planning, logistics, and execution of the Castle Race Series’ signature events.
From coordinating race-day logistics and managing suppliers to overseeing staffing and site design, the successful candidate will ensure every event runs efficiently and delivers an unforgettable experience for participants, spectators, and partners.
This role is based in our office in Penshurst, Kent, offering a fantastic opportunity to work in a picturesque setting. You’ll also have the chance to travel to some of the most iconic race venues across the UK, Ireland, and France, all known for their stunning historical backdrops.
As the Operations Manager, you’ll be at the heart of delivering world-class events, experiencing the beauty and grandeur of these castles while ensuring each race runs smoothly. This is a unique opportunity to combine your passion for events with the thrill of working in breathtaking locations across Europe.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive, adaptable mindset.
Experience in operations or event management—particularly in sporting or endurance events—is a bonus. A willingness to travel and work event weekends is essential.
