Keep Abreast

  • Check-in Arrival: Tri and Multi participants to check-in 1hr 15 mins before given start time. Swim and Run participants can check-in 45 minutes, but not later than 30minute, before given start time.
  • Spectator Entry Information: scroll down
  • Race pack collection: takes place at Registration Tent on race day. (no pre-event pick up available)
  • Licencing: In order to compete in a triathlon or multisport event, participants must have a valid race licence.  Purchase BTF day race pass  here.  More information here

Governing Body

Licence Requirements

  • This is a British Triathlon permitted event
  • All triathlon and multisport participants must present a valid race licence on race day
  • Members, please check your card is in date!
  • If you are not a member, please purchase a BTF Race Pass.
  • Overseas residents must provide their own public liability insurance (see relevant section).
  • Find out more about British Triathlon membership.
  • Run and Swim Series do not require a licence.

  • The water temperature will be posted here on Thursday 26th September

  • Optional or mandatory wetsuits will be confirmed for all triathlon and multisport participants on arrival at the registration.
  • Swim Series participants choose whether or not to wear a wetsuit during the registration process

Spectators

A Magnificent Venue

  • Get your discounted spectator tickets before they sell out!  Use button below.
  • Those in junior events can bring in one supporter for free.
  • Supporters are welcome; explore the stunning castle grounds, cheer athletes on from numerous up-close viewing spots, enjoy the event village entertainment and soak up the festival atmosphere.
  • Event village comprises of food / drink concessions, trade stands, yoga, massage, ice bath, inflatables and live music
  • Well behaved dogs on leads at all times are allowed.

Find your start time here

  • Two weeks before the event, you can find your Start Times here. These wave sheets will include the start time, wave number and name of all participants in alphabetical order by surname.
  • For the purposes of event day prize giving  we have adopted Competition Wave group allocation in the below listed events.
  • Competition Waves comprise of  participants who ‘opted-in’ during online booking, as well as those with faster estimated finish times.
